The forms of this word are implement and implementation. Implement is mainly used as a verb meaning “to put into practice”, but it has a second use as a noun meaning “tool”.
The word is particularly useful when you need to discuss proposals and policies and it is used with all these words:
This policy needs to be implemented as a matter of emergency.
One solution would be to implement a programme to promote awareness of the dangers of alcohol abuse.
Many schools have implemented systems where parents help monitor students with problems in the classroom.
